 Fracture - “Fracture” An ongoing series (charcoal drawings)

 I explore the poignant parallels between the rugged beauty of Australia’s landscapes and the fragile, fractured nature of human experience. Charcoal drawings of splintered tree branches and trunks serve as metaphors for the complexities of life’s journey. I find there is so much beauty in imperfection and fragmentation.  The resilience and vulnerability of human existence is like that of natural landscapes.

The intersections of pain, struggle, and transformation is something for me to contemplate and navigate through my own fragilities and fractures.
